Yes. Where systems are integrated they can be audited in one visit; duration is calculated per standard and then adjusted for the degree of integration the auditor confirms.

A major nonconformity requires a correction and corrective action that we verify before the decision; a minor one requires an accepted correction plan before the decision. Opportunities for improvement are not nonconformities.

Through the certificate check; we reply in writing with its status, standard, scope, sites and validity.

We audit against the edition the organization applies for within the transition periods set, and every certificate names the edition audited.
