  • What is the difference between validation and verification?
Validation assesses the reasonableness of the assumptions, methods and projections of a project before or at its start; verification assesses a statement about results that have already occurred.
  • Which levels of assurance are available?
Reasonable and limited assurance. The level is agreed in writing before the engagement starts, because it sets the evidence required and the wording of the opinion.
  • Do you verify data prepared by a group entity?
No. We do not verify any statement or study for which a group entity has provided consultancy or preparation support.
